The countdown continues.   We’re getting very close to being able to build lots of websites and blogs, very fast.  We also want to share the new name we’re giving to this ministry along with the new logo.  We’re calling everyone who wishes to have us build a platform for them to share their uniqueness, part of the ONEvoice Family.  This new ministry can be found at https://onevoicefamily.com and we would love for anyone to share feedback as we continue.  Look for more changes, but April 1st is still looking good for the day we’ll begin taking orders.

Continue praying for us as Restoration House Ministries goes into new, uncharted waters (at least for us).  And don’t forget to join the ONEvoice family.

Why are we doing this?

What is our Vision?

In each of the Gospels and most other books of the Bible we find, “The Gospel, according to ‘the writer’”.  Now, I won’t argue that your words should be canonized but God has written His love letter on your heart.  Our desire is for you to share it, through whatever you are doing in life.  Of course, written words, linked videos and uploaded photos aren’t the end, but maybe we can be a part of the special ministry God has given you; and in the process be a positive influence to each other.  In effect, God wants your world to know ‘The Gospel, according to YOU”.

The entire job description of New Testament Church leadership includes preparing saints

for their own work of ministry (i.e. cab drivers, Moms and Dads, retail employees, students, etc).  In past times, we’ve presented the image the pulpit was the destination of the Christian experience.  We’ve got it backwards.  Leadership is about preparing and releasing people to be themselves with a very powerful tool.  The tool isn’t the internet.  It’s unconditional love.

Traditionally, April 1st has long been considered ‘April Fools Day’ and RHM wants to celebrate it, by allowing God’s love to reveal the world’s wisdom as foolish.  April 1st, 2013 is the official launch date for the new hosting and design ministry of RHM, where many so-called ‘average’ believers of God can have free websites and blogs.

“Why?” Godly leadership doesn’t control God’s people but it equips them for their work of service.  The websites we are designing aren’t designed to lord over people, but to give a place to voice their own testimony.  You might call it, “Their own Gospel according to…).  Part of God’s purpose for each of us is to know and experience this simple reality and we believe God is using this ministry to do just that.  It’s only in this place, that we love each other unconditionally, that we’ll speak authoritatively with ONEvoice.

We’re excited about this years celebration of ”April Fools Day’!  Blessings!  David

RHM wants to assist others in sharing the Love of God.  David and Candace Roberts, of Restoration House Ministries just announced an exiting opportunity for those who want their own website or blog.  They are actually, designing and hosting an undisclosed number of sites absolutely free.  When asked, “Why”, the response was short and simple.  “Why not, the pulpit has shared their understanding of God’s love, but normal, passionate believers are who we want to give a voice.”

The body of Christ isn’t about ‘big ministry‘.  It’s about God’s Love, and being the shining Light.  It’s about revealing the church isn’t the destination, it’s the vehicle.  It’s about revealing the church isn’t just a building with a pastor going to God for the rest of us, it’s about revealing The Kingdom of God.

The charge for services aren’t quite worked out but preliminarily, many will be free.  For many, the only expense will be registering their own domain (i.e. .com, .org, etc.) name at Hostgator, for $15.   There are many people who are tired and lonely, they feel like the church has let them down.  RHM believes it’s a strong possibility those who feel this way have a powerful revelation, and many are experiencing the cross.  They are torn between the system they’ve trusted and the revelation of God’s Love.  Just as Jeremiah said, “But if I say, “I will not mention him or speak any more in his name,” his word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot.” -Jeremiah 20:9 NIV
